- To assist in Engineering and drafting related works.
- To plan production schedule, machine loading, and machine maintenance, upkeep of all relevant records and etc. to achieve high productivity, production output, product quality, short manufacturing lead-time and low/competitive cost structure and maximize all production resources to enhance company’s competitiveness in manufacturing lead-time and costing.
- To prepare, collate and analyze production job schedules, status reports and production related correspondences.
- To work closely within production teams to determine the inventory level and production output for the project.
- To be involved and assist in material and hardware sourcing and procurement.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective deployment of resources to achieve production output, productivity, product quality.
- Plans production schedule, machine loading, mold and machine maintenance, upkeep of all relevant records and etc.
- Initiates and drives for continuous process improvement for all products and ensure process capability for new products/material.
- Maintains high level of security practices within the production facility and instil basic security awareness among employees.
- Develop new work procedure and work instruction pertaining to 5S requirement, maintenance of work procedure.
- Ensures that the workplace conforms to regulations regarding security practices, worker safety and industrial waste.
