Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to promote our services and generate sales.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print, with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Oversee the firm’s online presence, including website management and search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, trends and target market.
- Produce engaging content for the firm’s website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels aimed at attracting potential clients.
- Ensure consistent representation of the firm’s brand across all sales and marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop case studies, project showcases, and other materials to highlight the firm’s work and convert leads into sales.
- Create and maintain a strong brand identity through visual and verbal communication.
- Analyse marketing data and sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies that drive new business.
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, partners and clients to foster new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidates without the above qualification but with related working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Architecture and Design industry preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
- Knowledge and experience in website development using software like wordpress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
- Independent, initiative-driven, organised with a positive working attitudes.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel when needed.
- Good IT Literacy in Microsoft Office suite.
- Committed and driven to succeed.
- Self-motivated and committed learner.
- A good team player.
- Working rights required for this role.
