Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions
a. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area.
b. Handle, prepare, and verify relevant documents, including maintaining and updating records, compiling statistics, filing, and drafting/responding to correspondences.
c. Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager.
Reception Duties
a. Provide counter services and handle general inquiries.
b. Answer and manage phone calls.
c. Handle incoming parcels, mails, and emails, including receiving deliveries and coordinating distribution to the appropriate parties.
d. Manage inquiries and coordinate with parents, teachers, vendors, and other relevant parties.
e. Attend to unwell students in the 'sick bay' and coordinate with the teacher in charge or parents until the student is back to class or sent home.
f. Assist walk-in visitors (parents, vendors, etc.) and students at the General Office.
Requirements for Ideal Candidate:
Min. G.C.E ‘O’ Level
Pleasant, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Knowledge of MS office
Preferably with 2 years of experience in administration work and customer service.
Candidates who are trained in First Aid will have an advantage.
