You will be supporting the Marketing Assistant Manager in driving marketing strategies and implementing of campaigns and events to drive higher traffic and increase tenant sales.
Marketing Assistant
- Assist the team in planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Assist in acquiring promotional deals from tenants, coordinating communication and ensuring timely execution of promotions.
- Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Create engaging content for social media channels using the content received from tenants and other sources.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications
- Preferably 1 year of working experience
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with ad campaigns on all different marketing channels
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiar with any form of social media or email marketing platforms will be an added advantage
- Resourceful, and enthusiastic about taking on-board new challenges
- Organized and able to keep within given deadlines with minimal supervision
