Job Description
- Conduct inspections of HDB commercial premises and surrounding residential areas according to contractual standards.
- Handle inquiries from shop tenants, lessees, and the public regarding upgrading and improvement works of HDB commercial properties, including Civil Defence Shelters.
- Execute work plans and programs following the Client’s guidelines, SOPs, and statutory requirements, and address feedback and complaints.
- Ensure timely delivery of services that meet the Client's requirements.
- Supervise and manage contractors performing defect rectifications and improvement works at HDB commercial premises.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports related to HDB Commercial Properties.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Oversee the quality and timeliness of services delivered to the Client.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in the relevant fields such as Real Estate, Building, Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant working experience or in the alternative, possess at least 5years of management experience in the field of facilities management.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
