We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admissions Manager to oversee and manage the admissions process. This role plays a crucial role to achieve student enrollment targets and ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families. This includes developing and implementing admissions strategies, managing an admissions team, analyzing enrollment data, and continuously improving processes to attract and retain students in line with the institution's goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Admissions and Administration
- Execute sales goals and forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly student enrollment targets with the Admissions Team.
- Develop admissions strategies through data analysis and recommendations; align functional objectives with organizational goals.
- Ensure student enrollment by adopting best practices to improve parent engagement and experience, meeting enrollment goals.
- Update and maintain CRM with all relevant details.
- Assist new parents with the admissions process.
- Design, develop, and improve customer interfaces related to the admissions process and service standards.
- Administer student admissions, visas, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in compliance with the Ministry of Education.
- Maintain and update databases for new, existing, and graduating students, including progression pathways and alumni, while coordinating with internal staff.
- Develop and monitor statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
2. Sales
- Develop ideas to increase enrollment numbers.
- Plan and implement marketing activities within agreed budgets and admissions targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor surveys, and customer surveys.
- Monitor market trends and report shifts in the marketplace to management.
- Identify new channels to reach the target audience.
- Attend corporate visits and present new market developments to management.
3. Events
- Assist in organizing school activities and programs, including orientation, parent-teacher events, open houses, extracurricular activities, and school fairs.
- Represent the school at open house events, seminars, conferences, and workshops, building a network in the education sector.
4. People Interaction
- Professionally attend to walk-in, phone call, and email admission inquiries.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with new and potential parents.
5. Management
- Possess strong knowledge of the education industry and the ability to build a robust sales strategy.
- Demonstrate high stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Exhibit a high level of influence and the ability to manage change.
- Technology savvy.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- 5-7 years of experience in admissions management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Held leadership positions in the education industry for at least 3 years.
- Preferred knowledge of various educational programs and systems.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.
