The Channel Manager is responsible for the selection, recruitment, alignment, enablement, and performance of the partners in SEA region. Understanding Secureage portfolio and go-to-market (Sales Segmentation) and where there are synergies with the Partners to obtain more opportunity for growth.


Job Description


The Channel Manager recruits, maintains, and expands relationships with channel partners. The Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.


The Channel Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.[


Job Responsibilities

  • Build strong, positive relationships with a list of targeted partners
  • Work with Sales / Account Managers in closing highly complex transaction thru the development of executive-level relationship with key partners
  • Review partnership results and opportunities to grow our business together
  • Reinforces sales & technical knowledge of the partner
  • Builds and maintains lasting relationships with key roles within a partner account
  • Develop, negotiate and track joint Action Plans with the partner
  • Create pipeline with the partner and keep it updated
  • Update partners on news and important topics
  • Develop a solid working knowledge to empower partners, client-facing teams to present Secureage products and the benefits they provide to potential and existing customers
  • Provides support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations and closures
  • Travel frequency: 50% or more

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience
  • Sales experience with or through the Channel Partner ecosystems min (5-7 yrs)
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, either as software, hardware, virtual/hybrid, or as pure cloud solution
  • Ability to pick up new technology concepts
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Presentation skills; able to present to groups (internally and externally)
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment and experience with working in a complex indirect channel strategy space
  • Strong dedication to teamwork and to the growth and success
  • Salary be commensurate with experience and background
