- Able to work independently and supervise a group of workers
- Assist the Production Manager in day to day precast activities
- Liaise with main contractor for coordination works
- Preferablty with at least 10 years experience in Precast Yard
- Supervise, monitor and ensure smooth operations
- Any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
