- JD Batch Job monitoring and execution
- Provide DC Operations on 24x7 ( 12hrs shift)
Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc. Ad hoc / Data Recovery SR)
Perform Weekly/Monthly refresh of the System (IPL)
Prepare monthly DC Access report (RH / PDC / SDC)
Execution and monitoring of Prod Batch Jobs / Safe envelopes Management
Manage equipment movement in the Data Centre.
Monitor the wellbeing of the Data Centre.
Perform Incident escalation (Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr. based on criticality, impact, and SLA).
Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers. Work with Team Lead/Ops Mgr. - If required. Provide Operation support during annual DR exercise.
- Supporting on the withdrawal of Account IDs.
- Supporting on the research of Software EOS/EOL.
