Job Summary:
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with leaders and teams in Singapore, Guinea, China, and Malaysia to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives. This individual will be responsible for delivering strategic HR support, fostering a positive work environment, and building organizational capability. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership and play a key role in supporting talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs, provide HR expertise, and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, including performance management, talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices in Singapore, Guinea, China, and Malaysia.
- Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, working closely with regional HR teams to attract top talent across multiple geographies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and improve team performance.
- Facilitate leadership development and training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
- Drive the implementation of HR policies and practices, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions.
- Collaborate with leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with company strategy across different regions.
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes or expansions.
- Provide insights and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar capacity in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and practices across Singapore, Guinea, China, and Malaysia.
- Experience working in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a multinational tech company or startup.
- Knowledge of HR practices in Guinea, China, and Malaysia.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or French is a plus.
