Our Client:
Our Client is one of the growing MNC based in Japan. Their business is majorly into the Electronics and Plastics industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to join their Singapore team.
The Responsibilities:
- 50% New Business and 50% Account Management
- Marketing and taking action aggressively and spontaneously to create new business
- Maintaining current customers to handle daily task efficiently
- Control the trading material stock inventory
- Attend to customer enquires and provide sales services to customer
- Prepare quotation and liaison with customer on pricing matter
- Follow up with customer on payment issue
- Sourcing for suitable supplier for purchase of trading material
- Evaluate of supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customer requirement
- Check P/O from customer and to supplier for trade term, payment term, price and lead time
- Follow up with customer on any arise including customer complaint
- Take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction
The Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder, with 8 years of Sales experiences with relevant experience in both Commodity & Engineering Plastics
- Knowledge in Plastic Trading / Distribution business model, and good relationship with business partners in the industry
- Ability to have effective discussions with other departments
- Good and aggressive personality with excellent analytical skills, willingness to learn and able to travel for business
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Able to travel overseas for business matters
