Position Overview: A Interior Designer play a pivotal role in bringing our design concepts to life. With your expertise in interior design planning and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces, you will collaborate with the Senior Interior Designer and team to create inspiring and functional spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, and space layouts.
- Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and colour palettes.
- Work with 3D visualiser to develop detailed design plans and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers during implementation.
- Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and building codes.
- Incorporate ergonomic and functional elements into interior layouts.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Managing sales by developing business plans.
- Following up on pre-qualified leads to ensure quick turnaround time on contacting the customers.
- Find and Meet new clients, understand their requirements in detail, and convert them into customers.
- Assist the Senior Interior Designer on projects to ensure smooth delivery to the clients.
Requirements
- At least Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, or a related field in an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Interior Design industry, candidates with experience in private condominiums, landed properties and commercial projects will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in 3D Max, Sketch up and CAD and related software.
- Experienced in construction drawings.
- Candidates with direct sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work independently and speak with confidence.

- Draft out plans, layouts, and budgeting.
- Brainstorm theme / conceptual design.
- Detail oriented.
- A good team player.
