Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial administrative support including typing and formatting documents, management of correspondence, systematic filing and upkeep of project documentation in softcopy
- Ensure files are maintained in line with our housekeeping policy and general office standards are maintained, liaising regularly with other departments
- Cover front desk receptionist duties, including managing telephone calls and handling requests for information
- Suggest and implement new initiatives to support the development of the role as required
- Maintain open and effective working relationships with management and colleagues
- Ensure that all tasks/duties are carried out in accordance with DCA’s procedures and standards
- Undertake other ad hoc duties when required
Qualities and skills required
- Able to work under pressure and meet the responsibilities of the role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Effectively Bilingual
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently
- Smart and professional personal presentation at all times
