Job Description
- Develop a detailed project plan for each customer deployment.
- Monitor and track the progress of deployments, ensuring the project plan stays updated.
- Prepare a bill of materials (BOM) and define scope/specifications for each subcontractor involved in implementing customer requirements.
- Oversee material suppliers and contractors involved in projects.
- Offer technical guidance and project oversight to property and data center managers.
- Handle issue resolution, expedite orders, and coordinate cross-functional communication, including managing customer change requests.
- Provide Technical and Project Oversight and support to the property and data center managers.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years+ of experience in deploying fixtures and infrastructure within a raised floor data center
- Extensive expertise in rack, cage, electrical distribution, and data cabling infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or equivalent
- High-level proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
- Experience with material vendors, inventory management, and vendor-managed inventory systems.
