· To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.
· Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
· Knowledge of declaring Forms and COO is preferred
· Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner
· Liaise with Shipping Line/Agent for freight quote & booking
Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling
