Junior Quantity Surveyor (Plumbing & Sanitary)

• Mon-Fri: 9AM - 6PM & Sat: 9AM -1PM
• Basic Salary: S$ 2,200- 2,500 depends on experience

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Job Scope:

• Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents.
• Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.
• Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Purchasing and inventory management.
