Job Summary: Integral to the success of project delivery which emphasizes people development. A key accountability is providing project coordination and material support on a wide range of solutions. The position requires working in close collaboration with internal employees, external associates, and clients.
Job Scope:
· Work closely with multiple internal partners to manage and monitor key aspects of projects
· Interact directly with clients on relevant project responsibilities
· Support the project team in the management of client logistics requirements, including printing and distribution of training materials and setup of a digital platform to deliver assessment and development solutions
· Support the project team to ensure the smooth operations of client services.
· Network and collaborate globally to coordinate with global resources to support the development and delivery of client materials and programs
· Engage in frequent client contact by phone and face-to-face, to coordinate development and delivery activities.
· Work with HRBP to manage the Well-being and safety of associates by organizing appropriate activities throughout the year
· Provide other general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related fields
· Good command of written and spoken
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· 1-2 years of related business experience
· Internal and external service orientation (passion to serve)
· Interpersonal skills (face-to-face and on the phone)
· High work standards and attention to detail
· High receptivity to feedback and willingness to learn
· Have project management experience
· Enjoy working with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Take initiative, work on multiple projects/tasks, under challenging deadlines.
· Enjoy learning systems, processes, and software technologies.

Additional Information:
· Salary: max S$3.5K per month + 1-month completion bonus
· Commencement Date: Mid October 2024
· Working days and hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays
· Location: CBD
