You will report to the President and responsible to manage the Industrial business segment. You will provide leadership to the sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion for Components business. You will oversee strategic initiatives and provide sales support for the business segment including distributors in South East Asia to ensure the organization stay competitive and contributing to the overall business success and profitability.
You will align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends, explore new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. You will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, undertake cross section tasks or projects from head quarter, stay updated on industrial market trends; develop strategies to overcome challenges and stay ahead of the competition. You will develop and manage budgets for strategic events, articulate spending priorities and monitor adherence to budget commitments.
Job Requirements
- Master/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical qualification
- At least 15 years’ sales experience in related industry with proven sales track record
- Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of the industrial market trends
- Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive company success
- Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Have good contact of prospective customers and distributors in the region
- A strategic thinker and possess strong sales data and competitive analysis abilities
- Must be ready for frequent business travelling within the region
