Job Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders within the organisation, external healthcare institutions, and external entities to explore and identify opportunities to leverage data in driving business solutions.
- Support organisational reporting and dashboarding roadmap implementation.
- Apply Data Analytics and Operations Research knowledge to transform data into insights to drive optimisation and improvement of business strategies.
- Develop data processing automation through programming and other tools such as Robotics Process Automation to improve productivity.
- Participate in strategy formulation to enable and catalyse the department in meeting its KPIs.
- Maintain current organisational Enterprise Data Warehouse and plan for re-platform to future Data Lake to enable stakeholder access to accurate and high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
- Be responsible for the operationalisation of the Data Exchange Office (DXO) to handle internal and external data requests and perform Trusted Third Party (TTP) Data Anonymisation when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Science or a related field
- Proficient with real-life applications of analytics, dashboarding and reporting languages and software such as Excel, R, Python, Tableau, VBA, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, etc
- Working experience in healthcare-related industry and held a role in Business Intelligence, Systems Integration, Data Warehouse Management, Data Science or Data Engineering related areas.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform and complete stretched tasks within tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of hospital operations
