Job Description & Requirements
1. Perform drafting and design work. Prepare, modify diagrams and M&E standard details.
2. Prepare 2D and 3D modelling accordingly.
3. Drafting Plumbing & Sanitary diagrams and layouts, pump room & shaft details, etc.
4. Support the team in required design & drawings production and submission. Update and revise drawings based on feedback and comments promptly.
5. Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.
6. Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project.
7. Delivery/completion drawings on schedule.
8. Manage & Coordination of M&E Services.
9. Analytical, organized and pro-active in a team-oriented environment.
10. Proven experience in the construction industry as a BIM Modeller and AutoCAD Drafter.
11. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
