Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding process of Part Timer, including but not limited to, advertisement, application screening and interview coordination.
- In-charge of work pass such as SP/EP/LOC/Dependent Pass application, renewal, e-Issuance, and cancellation of work pass.
- Update and maintain employees' data in the system and personal files.
- Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval which including update staff PCP and address .
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc.)
- Design and conduct new employee orientations.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor or above degree, in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors;
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus;
- Knowledge local employment laws ;
- Willing/able and eager to learn, enthusiastic, teamwork and problem solving is a must.
