Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external company events such as meetings, training sessions, team-building activities, and corporate culture initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and the China headquarters, providing regular updates on business progress, event reports, and corporate culture project status.
- Prepare reports and meeting minutes that meet the requirements of the headquarters, ensuring timely submission.
- Manage the reception of VIPs and leaders from the China headquarters, including coordinating itineraries, meetings, accommodations, and meals.
- Write and publish content related to the company’s corporate culture on social media platforms such as WeChat, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and produce creative videos that showcase the company’s corporate culture, promote events, and enhance brand awareness.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, such as procuring and managing office supplies and equipment, while ensuring resource efficiency and providing logistical support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administrative Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing content for social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
