Job Purpose
To lead and provide administrative and operational support to a network of medical clinics.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and work with colleagues from HQ and the clinic network to coordinate clinical care for patients.
- Plan, develop and participate in various projects to improve clinical care of patients, especially those with chronic diseases.
- Collate, track and submit administrative and operational indicators for the various patient care programmes in the clinic network.
- Perform any other administrative and operational duties as delegated by senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree.
- Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Possess leadership traits to manage a team of healthcare administrators.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in local languages and dialects.
- Familiarity with common office applications like MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

- Working Days / Hours: 5 Days' Work Week
- Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm
