Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and provide assistance to customers. Answer general inquiries related to our products and services. Greet customers as they arrive at the showroom. Check in customers and announce their arrival to the appropriate staff. Keep the showroom tidy and orderly. Provide customer hospitality, provide refreshments to customers during their visit. Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Qualifications:
· Previous work experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
· Customer-oriented with a high level of service attitude.
· Good verbal communication and social skills.
· Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
· Able to commit to working weekends and Public Holidays, as per duty rota.
Willingness to work in out-of-office locations as requested
