Job Scope
- Responsible for the planning and arrangement of the work schedule, which needs to be coordinated with outings and business trips.
- Organize and send approval documents, and be responsible for tracking the implementation status and controlling the progress at any time.
- Responsible for meeting arrangements. and notifications, make meeting minutes and track resolution matters.
- Responsible for general document processing.
- Execute and coordinate office administrative activities, planning, integration and communication of administrative affairs processes.
- Assist in promoting important information about the company or meetings to colleagues in the company
- Coordinate the arrangement of meetings of various departments in the company, and prepare meeting minutes and follow up after the meeting.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree qualifications.
- 3 years relevant exps.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Good verval abd written communication skills.
