Responsibilities
- Actively plan & implement initiatives to grow market share/category and increase brand awareness
- Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products & distribution to improve profitability & sales
- Implement & track responses of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team & strategic stakeholders
- Oversee marketing campaigns for company branding and generate media coverage
- Monitor the company’s marketing budget
- Establish & maintain good working relationship with business associates, advertising agencies, media and suppliers
- Generation of regular reports to track and update management on the effectiveness of each marketing activity
- Managing all marketing activities for the company
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- To take on ad hoc project and other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- Preferably with at least 3 years F&B background of relevant experience (good organizational skills and an eye for details)
- Effectively bilingual in both spoken and written
- Self disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi task and strive well under pressure
- Strong customer focus and ability to handle consumer feedbacks & complaints
- Possess good interpersonal and communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and able to work both independently and in a team
- Candidates with more than 5 years working experience preferred
- Able to start work immediately/short notice
Working days: 5 days
