. Management and facilitation of the cafe/restaurant and team during operations
. Training and development for current and new coffee bar staff, floor staff and test kitchen scheduling with kitchen Sous Chef
. Adhere and ensure consistency in workflow, practices and processes across team and individual stations
. Preparation of roster and monthly PnL in accordance to company’s standard and policies.
. Inventory and stock-supplies management.
. Maintenance of hygiene standards and organization of workspace, tools and equipment.
. Commitment to and delivery of exceptional customer service and hospitality experience.
Requirement:
. At least 2 year of F&B experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
. Passionate in learning about cafe business and development of the business
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Willingness to contribute and work in a dynamic, high-energy and efficient team.
. Managerial work experience in relevant field and barista skills preferred.
