Responsibilities:
• Accountability for software projects through all stages of the life cycle - Requirements and Gap Analysis, Design, Construction, Testing support and Warranty support
• Elicit requirements, prioritise and analyse requests, design business processes, workflows, and user interfaces
• Produce and review high quality functional and non-functional specifications documentation for the customer
• Conduct workshops and effectively facilitate discussions with all the relevant stakeholders
• Efficiently perform story mapping and establish acceptance criteria for business
• Prioritize Backlog items
• Collaborate with technical team to decompose functional requirements
• Collaborate with development team to ensure right development of the functionality
• Prepare/Review/Perform test cases/scripts to ensure the business requirements are fulfilled
• Coordinating with development and testing teams for System Integration Testing
• Support SIT/UAT testing and help address any issues
• To monitor progress and provide updates and risks to the Project Manager and Stakeholders
• Interact with customer's stakeholders/Product/Application owner to review and get the sign offs for functional deliverables
• Validate the business requirements with the development outputs
• Facilitates/Provides "Train-the-Trainer" on application enhancements
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar business analyst role for 5-10 years.
• Strong background of working in the Banking and Financial sectors
• Experience in Loan Origination, Mobile and Internet Banking, Core Banking System
• Profound insight of business processes in the above domains
• Working knowledge of Lending life cycle and relevant applications
• Expertise in integrating business processes and system analysis
• Hands-on experience with applying technical knowledge to create business solutions
• Adept at conducting system analysis
• Experience in Testing Processes
• Ability to standardize the development process as aligned to business needs
• Skilled at using modelling tools
• Hands-on experience with Agile principles, processes, and software development life cycles
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possesses strong negotiation skills
• Carries good analytical and problem-solving skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
