Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Description


- Lead and develop a team of warehouse personnels handling daily operation, including hiring, training and developing a team of personnels.
- Liaising closely with internal departments to fulfil customers’ orders on time and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate daily activities and workforce planning to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of service and operational efficiency at all times
- To maintain and update SOPs whenever necessary.
- To review and implement best industry and safety practices
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met at all times
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Preferably senior operations executive / junior operations manager in a similar industry.
- Able to work independently and have good communication skill.
- Possesses good leadership and organization skills.
