- Experience in managing M&E contractor
- Able to understand M&E drawing
- Coordinate and manage sub-contractor's work
- Liaise with Client/Consultant/Designer/Sub-contractor
- Monitor work progress on site
- Able to resolve technical issue on site
- Prepare technical documents
- Able to prepare method statement, safe work procedure and necessary plan for project execution
- Good understanding of Architectural scope of work
