School Operations Support Personnel

Location: CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School (Secondary Section), 501, Ang Mo Kio St 13, Singapore 569405

Contract Period:

• From: 1 January 2025 To: 31 December 2025
• Option to Extend: Up to 12 additional months, at the discretion of the school

Working Hours:
Option 1:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (inclusive of ½ hour lunch break)
• Fridays: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm (inclusive of ½ hour lunch break)
• Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (personnel may be required to perform rostered Saturday duty)
• No service on: Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Option 2:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (inclusive of ½ hour lunch break)
• Fridays: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (inclusive of ½ hour lunch break)
• Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (personnel may be required to perform rostered Saturday duty)
• No service on: Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Objective:
The Contractor shall provide 1 competent personnel to support the daily operations of CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School.

Scope of Services:
The personnel deployed will be responsible for the following:

1. Manual Work Support: Assist with manual work, including carrying tables and chairs.
2. General Cleaning Duties: Perform cleaning tasks for classrooms, special rooms, and the school field.
3. Traffic Warden and Security Duties: Perform traffic control and security duties, carry out minor repairs, DIY tasks, and assist the school in supervising term contractors when required.
4. Shift Duty: The personnel must be willing and able to perform shift duty.
5. Other Duties: Any other duties as assigned by the school.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

1. Education: Pass in PSLE or equivalent.
2. Work Experience: Minimum of three years of working experience in school operations.
3. Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit to carry out the duties.
4. Communication Skills: Ability to understand and communicate in simple English or Mandarin.
5. Team Player: Should be resourceful, a good team player, and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
