- Perform Quantity take-off
- Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis and issue payment certificate
- Prepare required tender document (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW and etc) for subcontract selection.
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
- Manage contractual issues with subcontractors and prepare letters to subcontractors together with contract manager.
- Process and manage internal process (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using ERP system.
- Update internal database for detailed information and reference (subcontract payment status, bond status, etc.)
- Coordinate with other project site teams for subcontractor matters.
Requirements
- Possesses Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 5 years' experience with Civil infrastructure/MRT projects
- Familiar with AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word
