Job Description
- Plan and assigned driver duties.
- Oversee daily duties of drivers to ensure deliveries quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed.
- Give guidance to driver in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes.
- Assist in working with customer service team / customers and close the issues immediately on pending orders or any urgent issues highlighted.
- Be vigilant at all times, ensure the safety of self and all people around when working.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager in support of operations when necessary.
Job Requirement
- Supervisory skills and the ability to train new courier staff.
- To perform deliveries if required.
- Solid knowledge of logistics procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
