Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the retail space, and assisting with product sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection.

- Assist with processing sales transactions and handling cash or card payments.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
- Help with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
- Participate in product promotions and events as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic knowledge of retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or late hours when necessary.
