Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the retail space, and assisting with product sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
  • Answer customer inquiries about products, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist with processing sales transactions and handling cash or card payments.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
  • Help with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
  • Participate in product promotions and events as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or late hours when necessary.
