Job Description
- Assigns and directs the work and activities of subordinate staff. Ensure them safely operates equipment.
- Manages, monitors, coordinates and controls all aspects of vehicle maintenance programs, processes, resources and activities.
- Monitors quality of work. Oversees and participates in vehicle maintenance.
- Monitors performance of subordinate staff and ensures adherence to company standards and regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers.
- Performs other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Good team management skill
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Must hardworking and responsibility.
