Location: Greendale Secondary School, 51 Edgedale Plains, Singapore 828866
Contract Period:
- From: 1 January 2025 To: 31 December 2025
- Option to Extend: Up to 1 additional year (1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Wednesdays: 8:00am - 5:00pm (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
- Thursdays: 8:00am - 4:30pm (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
- Fridays: 8:00am - 5:00pm (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
- Service not required on: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Objective:
The Contractor shall provide 1 competent personnel to support the administrative functions at Greendale Secondary School.
Scope of Services:
The personnel deployed will be responsible for the following:
- Handling Phone Calls: Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
- Attending to Walk-ins: Assist parents, students, and vendors as they visit the school.
- Filing, Typing, and Printing: Perform necessary documentation tasks such as maintaining records and preparing documents.
- Storeroom and Inventory Management: Maintain the General Office Storeroom, keep track of office supplies, and manage the inventory of first aid supplies, as well as maintain the sick bay.
- Other Ad Hoc Duties: Provide general support as needed by the school.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum Education Level: GCE 'O' Level
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a school setting.
- Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
