POSITION:
- Supervisor Role or Assistant Supervisor Role depending on the years of experience
- Located in Tampines (walking distance to Mrt)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths and provide regular feedbacks for professional development.
- Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
- Respond to parents' enquiries and feedbacks
- Well acquaint with ECDA CMS through children enrollement and subsidy applications
- Aligned Centre's standards and quality with SPARKS requirement
- To lead a team and report to the centre director/manager
- Have strong communication skill and be able to movticate staff to work towards better performace
- Be able to have the confidence to create positive working environment
- To be independent and to work closely with the management and parents
- To be active in enrollment of children
- Be able to run the day to day operation
- Be able to be a team leader
- Conduct frequent meetings with teachers and build bonding
- Bilingual (English and Chinese Language)
