PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Warehouse Lead is responsible in oversee day to day operations in the warehouse & supporting production materials need. Ensures all inventories are received, processed and stored in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse for records and traceability. Coordinates daily activities of a team of procurement, planning, warehouse man on receiving and dispatch of goods to production, quality inspection and its respective location. Develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develops, implements, and maintains all of the procedures and protocols in regard to proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information.
2. Perform cycle count to assist parts deterioration and maintain inventory accuracy as per process procedure.
3. Work closely with Supply Chain to Ensure all goods receive are correct
4. Perform GR/GI for goods/service and ensure documents provided to Finance are correct for payment processing
5. Tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.
6. Lead the warehouse storeman to ensure proper training and guidance is provided
7. Worked with planning to review overall schedule and provide task and schedule to warehouse if extra support is needed.
8. Work closely with planning team to execute materials issue to production line and supporting production activity if there any urgent case related to warehouse call.
9. Overall responsible in maintaining the accuracy and on time kitting and delivery and Good received materials.
10. Coordinate with Quality for items received that requires Incoming Inspection
11. Maintain proper tagging and labelling of warehouse inventory parts.
12. Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for Change
13. Preparing and analysing monthly/ quarterly inventory reports for upper management
14. Review ways to reduce waste
15. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
16. Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
17. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.
18. Support and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:
· Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing
· Social Activities
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
1. Must complete minimum training required specified in Employee Qualification and OJT Form No. S 1-026F.

QUALIFICATION GUIDE
1. Education: Minimum ITE/Nitec graduate
2. Communication: Able to speak and read Basic English
3. Experience : with minimum Solid 3 years’ work experience in warehouse operations
4. Hardware/Software: min 3 years in experience in using Warehouse Management System or ERP
