Job Description
•Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored (MOS, ITP, RA, safe work procedures)
• Assist manager preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Communicate with contractors to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• Able to coordinate site work within trade contractors• Able and assist to prepare SD (coordinated shop Drawing) of M&E trades
• Able to produce 2 weeks Look Ahead program or schedule
• Able to conduct or lead site walk and presentation
• Able to identify deviation of work within M&E work scopes
• Able to prepare, conduct inspection and track progress
• Able to conduct morning Tool Box meeting• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Job Requirement·
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently·
Diploma/Degree/Construction Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA , Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field·
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad· Able to start work immediately or short notice
