Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various channels (social media, referrals, job boards) to engage candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and maintain a talent pipeline.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
Ad Hoc Duties:
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Organize company bonding events to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Recruitment experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
