Job Description
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive branch activities.
- Identify sales opportunities in the local market.
- Support part-time and full-time program enrollment.
- Manage the student lifecycle from admission to graduation.
- Oversee the deployment of teachers and maintain high levels of quality assurance.
- Assist in branch administration, program evaluation, and compliance with regulations.
- Handle interactions with parents, teachers, and other external parties.
- Assist in resolving student and parent issues, while coordinating with headquarters.
- Maintain branch resources, ensuring safety and reliability.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Administration/Management or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in branch operations and administrative work.
