Monitor and respond to alerts from Automic, SFX, Emails, ITOM, CCTV, BMS and NetBackup with proper ticketing and Level 1 support.

Monitor and control the execution of batch jobs so that they can complete within the critical batch window and not affect online performance.
c.
Provide smart hands for round-the-clock critical data centre support.
d.
Ensure safety and security of the data centres.
e.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
