With only 11 seats at an L-shaped hinoki wood counter, it promises a one-of-a-kind culinary journey.
Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month
Work Schedule: 5-day week, fixed Sundays off

Your Role:
As part of our culinary team, you will:
- Perfect the preparation of raw fish, sushi rice, and other fine ingredients
- Handle premium seafood and manage inventory like a pro
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and top-tier food quality
- Restock and monitor ingredient supplies
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of culinary experience, ideally in Japanese cuisine or a hotel setting
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Positive, "can-do" attitude
- Flexibility for split shifts
