Job Specifications:
1. Possesses a minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent (for Associate level position) or GCE ‘N’ Level qualification or equivalent (for Assistant level position);
2. Preferably has a minimum of 1 year of experience in the social service setting, involved in planning, coordinating and managing programmes as well as in managing website and volunteers;
3. Exhibits maturity, sincerity, and passion to work with individuals and families who are facing challengess;
4. A good team player with a positive attitude as well as a caring and compassionate individual;
5. Possesses a strong sense of integrity in working in the best interests of the agency and its clients; and
6. Possesses good interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Coordination of Community Support Programmes including Liaising and Networking with Stakeholders
(b) Coordination of Programmes, Activities and Inititiaves of Staff Working Committee(s)
(c) Management of Volunteers
(d) Coordination of Centre’s Publications and Digital Channels
(e) Administrative Support for Clinical Services
