- Position: IT Engineer (Server/ Network/ Data Center/ Maintenance) – Up to $6k
- Location: Ubi Techpark
- Working hours: 5 days work week; Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $6000 + AWS + Allowance for mobile phone; Education Subsidy if applicable + Group Medical Plan

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine duties at customer data centers such as monitoring and maintaining servers, storage, and network equipment;
- Provide IT support to customers, including responding to server and network issues;
- Coordinate hardware diagnostics and replacement of failing parts with partners;
- Escalate and manage complex issues;
- Upgrade internal system components like CPUs, memory, drives, and cables with partners;
- Document processes and maintain event logs;
- Participate in and monitor changes to data center equipment;
- Schedule and track hardware maintenance;
- Update port maps and rack layouts;
- Create operational procedures;
- Provide technical support;
- Travel to different data centers as requested by customers
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Engineering/Science or related discipline;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage;
- Be a quick learner in acquiring new system skills and working with new technologies;
- Capable of using operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Unix, ESX, and Linux are preferable;
- Proficiency in solving computer hardware-related issues for IBM, DELL, and HP;
- Strong sense of customer service and team efficiency;
- Able to provide non-office hours standby and support service;
