Position: Management Trainee (MT)
Salary: up to $3000
Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
Rest Day: Sat & Sun
Location: Various Locations
Management Trainees' Responsibilities:
- Support completion of formative and summative assessments, teaching and learning tools, and application forms
- Submitting forms and documentation by the required deadlines
- Securing appropriate training positions
- Administrative support
- Work and train alongside managers and directors with the intention that one day they will become a manager within the organization
- Delegating tasks to staff members, assisting with the onboarding process of new hires and providing ad
- Analytical Thinking / Communication / Time Management / Problem Solving / Adaptability / Management and Data Analysis
Qualification:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related field
