Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Market the Banks suite of services and products (Deposits, Salary Accounts and Remittances)
- Acquire and onboard new good quality customers (Corporates, FIIs & FPIs).
- Understanding the ecosystem of FPI/FDI, RBI/SEBI guidelines, Government of India FDI/FPI policies, taxation of PE/FPI investments.
- Number of players in Singapore / sectors they are interested in investing.
- Understanding the various requirements of FPI players viz., custodial services / forex conversions / account opening guidance in India etc.
- Corporate and Cross Currency Remittances.
- Secure Corporate Deposits for the Bank.
- Proactively Identify opportunities in the market and pass on leads to other Business Units.
- Responsible for achievement of business targets assigned by the bank.
Operations and Compliance
- Thorough knowledge of banks internal policies and procedures to facilitate transaction of customers.
- Sound knowledge of various business entities and their shareholding structure.
- Competent on all KYC/CDD procedures, AML and all other regulatory guidelines governing the sales and advisory processes.
- Respond to all queries of compliance related to customer.
Design Co-ordination and Marketing of Digital Product
- Launch and Rollout of Bank’s Retail Digital product through effective promotion & marketing.
- Co-ordinating with Branches for Migration and increased usage of Digital Retail Mobile Banking Application
- Review & finalization of Corporate Mobile Banking Application BRDs and enhancement in current Web Portal.
- Co-ordinating with SBI HO IT department and other relevant stakeholder for Corporate Mobile Banking user interface designing.
- Preparing scope and requirements for 3rdparty vendors in co-ordination with other stakeholder for Corporate Mobile Banking Application.
- Preparing the Test cases for UAT and coordinating the UAT at SBIS.
- Coordinating the document process for approval submission to MAS.
- Coordinating the CUG rollout and subsequent co-ordination with Development Team for necessary amendments.
- To ensure enhanced customer experience through various Bank’s Digital product like Mobile Application, Webportal etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preference will be given to those who have done courses related to the Banking
- Minimum Banking experience of continous 6 years in various roles/areas with 3 years as Branch Manager
- Strong understanding of financial compliance.
- Sound knowledge of banking systems/processes/procedures/ products.
- Good management skills and analytical mindset, one who can effectively.
- Thorough understanding of Digital product of the Bank.
