Senior Operations Manager
Job Description:
· Manage IT infrastructure and systems in Equinix Data Centre and AWS Cloud, Huawei Cloud.
· System monitoring and troubleshooting: Responsible for monitoring the operation status of networks, servers, and applications, identifying and resolving system failures to ensure stable operation.
· Network management and maintenance: Responsible for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network devices, monitoring network performance, and resolving network failures.
· Security management: Developing and implementing security policies, ensuring the security of networks and systems, and preventing risks such as data leaks and hacker intrusions.
· Participating in and managing related IT projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and achieve the desired objectives.
Jobs Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science/Information Technology or equivalent
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in information technology, software application, and cybersecurity
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
· Good understanding of information system technologies and software application
