Job Description
- Responsible for inventory count of food suppliers
- Responsible for the kitchen staff working time sheet
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Responsible for menu planning
- Take charge of day-to-day running operations of the kitchen
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the food and industry sector
- At least 3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant
- Experience in a Vietnamese restauant will be preferred
- Ability to speak both english and vietnamese will be preferred
- Able to work long hours including weekends and public holidays
