Job Description:
- Providing Level 1 support to end-users on Company's infrastructure network and system
- Provide timely attention and action to IT helpdesk support on user's issues
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and security
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above majoring in Computer Science/Engineering or IT related qualification
- Possess basic Network and Wintel system administration knowledge as well as basic SQL skill
- Having knowledge in Manufacturing system such as WMS,MES is a plus
- Candidate must be comfortable in working for Afternoon shift (3pm - 11pm)
- This role requires liaison work between several Chinese counterparts, customers and HQ. Proficiency of Mandarin is essential and required
